We have a Help Desk team ready to assist you during normal business hours (AEST), We also provide 24/7 limited support via our after-hours number for critical issues which affect your capacity to trade.

With advanced remote computing we can be virtually anywhere, at a moments notice. If you have an internet connection, Help Desk can connect to the store's computer to fix problems, transfer updates, or even for paid training.

The primary method of contacting the Imagatec help desk is by telephone; we strongly recommend that you contact us on 1300 365 443 for all matters. Using any number other than the 1300 365 443 support number is likely to result in a delay.

For matters involving complex explanations, such as providing figures and screenshots or non-urgent requests such as price changes and new hardware queries, please email help@imagatec.com.au. This ensures your request is entered into Imagatec's job logging system. Emailing individual staff members may result in delays. So always emailing help@imagatec.com.au will ensure that your job is logged and dealt with in the shortest possible timeframe.

In the event that our 1300 phone service does not work as expected outside of office hours, customers are encouraged to email afterhours@imagatec.com.au for after-hours support.
