Data Security - The warehouse is secured with a Thawte SSL Certificate.
Automatic Data Collection - Collect all Sales data from stores on a timely basis. Hourly snapshots of data can be provided to a dashboard with full data collection happening in the background. All collected data is verified against the store on a daily basis. So you can have confidence that the sales being reported match the store.
Multiple Groups - Assign stores to many groups. Either geographically, by marketing or operational groups. All reports can be filtered by group.
Offsite Backup - Sales data collected by the warehouse can be exported back to rebuild a stores database in the event of data loss.
Forums - Add optional Forums to allow franchisees to network with others.
Documents - Add optional Document storage for franchisees to download. Newsletters, templates and Master copies of franchise documents that stores might need.
Gift Cards and Accounts - The warehouse has the ability to maintain a central database and balance of Gift Cards and Customer Accounts. Use gift cards in any store and get the current balance from the warehouse.
The iLoyalty system connects with your website via iWarehouse to record when customers purchase from your store, and automatically adds or subtracts loyalty points. Your customers can view their loyalty points online when they log in. Link us to your website and we'll make it happen.

Our Email/SMS campaign system add-on connects with iWarehouse so you can send out deals, offers, updates, and newsletters to your customers. The campaign system allows you to address your customers by name, specify start and end dates of offers, send only to specific demographics, and apply the offer to one or more of your products then run reports to check the number sold during the offer period. Email and SMS campaigns are very cost effective.
You can also get your customers to advertise for you by giving them bonus points when they refer their friends.
